Is BaseLine internet available in my area?
BaseLine internet will be available in the Leo area beginning in the summer of 2021. We will be updating the website regularly with specific dates for each area as that information becomes available, so check back often!
Do I have to provide my own router?
Our service comes bundled with the amazing Zhone DZS 2700A1/H1 series indoor GPON ONT modem/router. Unlike substandard modems carried at the electronics box store, the strength and technical functionality of our router will cover your house from basement to attic and allow our tech support team to troubleshoot issues and diagnose a solution over the phone. The fee for the router is $16.00/month.
What speed package do I need?
Which speed package you need is largely determined by how many users live in your home, how many devices you plan on using simultaneously, and if you regularly have content that you need to upload such as photos or videos. No matter what your internet needs are, we have a package that is right for you!
